This is a one to two hour Health and Wellbeing session that will help you and your team to improve health and wellbeing.
Healthier people take less sick leave, are more energised, are happier people and perform better at work.
Subjects talked about are:

Food Therapy Workshop for Picky Eaters
This is a two session workshop that will help a child improve the relationship with food, improve nutrition, expand the food variety, and consume more fruits and vegetables.
The first part is with the parents to understand the child better and the difficulty around food, and the second part is with the child to work on improving the relationship with food.

The sessions include:

90 minutes online session with the parent where we will see what food your child eats, and what food the child avoids. Get a better understanding of the child's health.

One hour session face to face in the child's home, where we will work on improving and expanding to different foods by cooking and tasting different kinds of food with the child.

Fully online option is available dependent on age.

Ongoing sessions are available and can be booked after the session.

"Quick Fix" of your Kitchen & home
This is a one to two hour session session (dependant on your need) that will help you make quick twitches in your kitchen and home for a more efficient healthier life.

Using unhealthy products (both food and utensils) for years can accumulate in your body and cause problems later on in your life. This can be prevented by using better options.
Now a days there are lots of products that are better for us and don't cause harm.
​
I can show you which products that you are using are good for you, and which should be changed with similar alternatives.
​
Some examples can be changing to different kinds of oils, changing the temperature in the oven, using other methods of heating food, getting other utensils and making healthy food preparation easier and more efficient.
​
When healthy food preparation is easy, we tend to cook more and eat healthier food.
​

Food Labelling Workshop
This is a one to two hour session where we will see what food you have at home, what are good choices, and what food can be substituted to healthier options.

I will explain how to better read food labelling, what food to bring home, and what food to avoid.

This is especially good for anyone wanting improve the products they buy from the supermarkets for them and the whole family.
